Truly memorable.
However, the only thing that bugs me is that I don't think Tarboy is all that interestingly designed. He appears too simple compared to the rest of the robots in this animation. I know the contrast between design can be good, but I think its too generic a look for him.

I enjoyed the darker look on how some feel about the holiday season, and some techniques that you used with all the mannequins overlapping each other made this very pleasing to watch.
Really, this is a haunting piece that strikes you, and keeps you interested.
Intriguing, but can use a few changes.
Overall, this was very effective. I like the timing of when you used all the sounds and music. Timing the audio is very important in suspense build-up, and I think you have it down well.
However, I find something to break the experience. Especially the laugh you use for the evil phone. I found it to be too silly sounding. I think something more along the lines of a slow, little girl's laugh might've been more effective. Also, I felt the head exploding thing was a bit uncalled for. Even if it is important, having the girl go through a bit more built-up fear BEFORE her head goes boom would've made it more effective and unnerving.
I know those are only two things, but I feel that they are important to the video.
Although you did say that it's possible to classify this as dark comedy, so that may have been intentional, I don't know.

This is a deep and disturbing work that provokes the deep fear people have of out current escalating war, and what it could eventually lead to.
It is complemented mostly outstanding animation and storyboarding. The only criticism I have is that the a lot of the shading feels like it was just placed on without and gradiation towards darker values. Also, the outlines of some things, like the car, feel too sharp and lack detail that other parts of the animation have.
Despite those, this is something that will probably be well remembered on Newgrounds. You've given us some great, original, political insight.

But I get a great laugh out of watching the fanmail episodes. I think I just love hearing Foamy curse out idiots. SPECIFIC idiots. Love the vocal work in this one.

I liked it but...
I think the biggest reason why this flash has so much negative feedback may be because you didn't really have the characters do much Power Ranger-esque things, which has always been the crux of the other three flashes, the parts that showed your talent. You were just getting started here. I know this is just the intro movie, and that the rest of the parody will be better.
Otherwise, your animation has improved(I don't care that it looks a bit like Egoraptor's stuff, you made it your own), the recording quality has drastically increased(somthing that always bothered me about the other 3 flashes), and the actors are still just as hilarious, with props to Omahdon whose improved in the delivery of his lines.
Yes, this was a bit disappointing, but I think that's already been established. However, I enjoyed for what it is: a modest intro. A bit more modest than most of us would have liked, but hey, what can you do.
Pretty good, but...
You have really improved in your art, I like it, but the main problem I had with this one is the the sound quality in this flash was iffy. About half the songs I couldn't hear clearly, due to low quality. Other than that, great job, and keep it up!

The quality of this collab was far superior than Disk 1. The humor was funnier, the amount of bad scatological/masturbation jokes went WAY down, and the overall combination of shock and humor was truly entertaining. I really enjoyed it. Nearly all the skits made me laugh.
To all the animators, keep it up!

4. The satire on "alien" and American logic is well placed.
5. The tree falling scene could've used a bit more time in animating and in sound.
